Bookings may be made through:
- OpenTable;
- phone; or
- email.
A booking is not guaranteed unless it has been confirmed through the applicable booking method.
You are responsible for ensuring that the booking details you provide are accurate, including your name, contact details, booking date and time, number of guests, and any special requests.
5. OpenTable bookings
We use OpenTable to provide online reservation services.
When you make a booking through OpenTable, your use of OpenTable may be subject to OpenTable’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policy. OpenTable may collect, process, store, or disclose your information in accordance with its own policies.
We may receive or access booking details through email notifications and/or the OpenTable dashboard for the purpose of managing your reservation.
6. Booking changes, cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please do so as soon as possible.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time may incur a $20 cancellation fee per guest, where that fee has been communicated to you at the time of booking or otherwise before the booking is confirmed, and where permitted by law.
Late arrivals may affect your table availability and dining time. We may release or reallocate tables where guests arrive late and we are unable to hold the table.
Failure to attend a confirmed booking without notice may affect our ability to accept future bookings.
7. No online payments or deposits
We do not currently take deposits, prepayments, or online payments through our website, OpenTable, or any other online platform.
If this changes in the future, we may update these Terms of Service and provide relevant payment terms before accepting applicable bookings.
8. Menu, pricing, surcharges, and availability
Menu items, buffet prices, special offers, promotions, surcharges, and availability may change without notice.
Prices displayed on our website or third-party platforms may be updated from time to time. While we aim to provide accurate information, the final applicable price may be confirmed at the restaurant or at the time of booking.
Any applicable public holiday surcharge, weekend surcharge, card surcharge, or other charge should be disclosed where applicable.
9. Dietary requirements and allergies
You should notify us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or food intolerances when making a booking and again when attending the restaurant.
We will take reasonable care when handling dietary requests. However, our restaurant prepares and serves a variety of foods, and we cannot guarantee that any menu item or dining environment will be completely free from allergens, traces of allergens, or cross-contamination.
You are responsible for deciding whether our food and dining environment are suitable for your dietary needs.
10. Customer conduct
You agree to behave respectfully when using our website, communicating with our staff, making bookings, and attending our restaurant.
We may refuse service, cancel a booking, or ask a customer to leave where we reasonably consider that the customer’s behaviour is abusive, unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to staff, customers, or the restaurant.
